I love so many of the Beachbody workout programs it is hard for me to pick my favorite. These are just two of the programs that I love that are fairly new.
Morning Meltdown 100
MM100 was super fun to do! It is one program I actually looked forward to doing. There is so much variety in the program you won’t get bored. Check out the sample workout below.

I have been waiting for a Barre program I could do at home! It made me want to run out and buy an at home barre but I thought my husband would kill me if I added one more piece of exercise equipment to our space. So, for now I will use a chair (for now!).

I personally prefer to have the flexibility to pick and choose my workout and have access to all the available programs!
I personally just LOVE the Ultimate Portion Fix program. My first experience was when 21 Day Fix launched more than five years ago. After trying to go it alone for a long time I decided to go back to basics with UPF in late 2019 and I have not been disappointed. I have been using the Fixate Vol. 1 and Fixate Vol. 2 cookbooks and the UPF Log Book which has been great at keeping me on track. I also love the exclusive community with the Monthly Fix.
